The countdown to Mother’s Day has officially begun in my house. I always feel so blessed to still have my both my parents in my life so when I can celebrate them I tend to go all out. It’s so important to me, that the people I love know just how appreciative I am for everything they do for me.
I love Mother’s Day as it is a special time to celebrate the Number 1 woman in my life. This year because of everything going on and the importance of self - isolation, I can’t bring her out for dinner to celebrate. The thought of this completely bummed me out, but then I realised that just because I can’t see on her Sunday, doesn’t mean I still can’t do something memorable for her.
At lunch, I decided that this year, I would make Mother’s Day a unique celebration and buy my mam some Sustainable products. I compiled a list of Irish companies who have been so kind to me and my little blog over the years. To show my appreciation in a time where I feel a little useless I thought I would make my mam a hamper jammed packed with some of their gorgeous products to show my support.
I am in the process of picking the hamper contents but have put together a shortlist of the companies that I want to support, if not now for Mother’s Day, then in the very near future.
